1. Terms of Use

1. The information presented by the application is based on the literature, but it is not able to treat the individualities of each person. Therefore, only the group composed of medical professionals, psychologists, physical educators and nutritionists are qualified, within their competences, to evaluate women on a case by case basis.
2. The app displays the high fertility period within each cycle, calculated based on the literature and user-informed parameters. But actual days may vary depending on a number of factors, so the app should not be used as a contraceptive method.
3. The phrases of the day and other advice presented by the app are based on the woman's likely mood state, and in some cases adding a dose of comedy. The application is not intended to induce, offend or denigrate the morale of men or women who use or are referenced by the system. The good use of the application implies absorbing only what is appropriate and useful. Use of the application is not mandatory, if you do not consider it relevant you can uninstall at any time.
4. The system is a solution under continuous development and may have features added or removed without prior notice.
5. No data or information may be entered in the system if deemed defamatory, offensive, pornographic, copyright infringing or illegal.
6. The app goes through the security imposed by the official app stores of the platforms in which it is officially present. The developer is not responsible for viruses or any malware that may compromise the security of the system against the user. It is the user's responsibility to keep their device up to date and with security features installed.
7. Developer disruption of service may be due to hardware upkeep, internet link, power outage, natural disasters, application of new system versions, cyber attacks or any other reason, including the decision to shut down. Developer is not required to notify users in advance of service interruptions.
8. Attempts to attack, circumvent or invade the system will be considered as a virtual crime, the attacker will be subjected to the penalties of the law in the country.
9. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of its services as well as the termination of its activities.
10. The developer reserves the right to re-examine and correct the terms and conditions of this text at any time. Any correction will be binding and valid immediately upon posting of the modified agreement in the official medium. Continued use of the system implies agreement to any change in the terms and conditions.

The Privacy Policy explains how we treat the information you record and submit to us when using the app and if you do not agree with any of the following, you should immediately stop using it.

About anonymity and why data is collected?

The App was built in a way that does not require internet use and allows total anonymity, without the identification of the end user. Therefore, no end user name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information is collected. No registration is required, and the data source is on the device itself.

Despite the non-personally identifiable end user, the App uses the Google ads platform, and in order for these potential ads to be relevant, it uses “cookies”, in which case the ads preferences are managed in the user's Google account settings. . In addition, to enable girl-sharing functionality (not yet available to all users) and App enhancements, device identification with cloud storage of data is required (learn which data below).

This allows for the confidentiality and enhancement of the end-user experience, as well as improved functionality, bug fixes and revenue generation for developers.

The collected dataset may also be made available to developer partners for scientific/statistical purposes, such as data mining, to improve the mood prediction algorithm.

What are the collected data?

A complete copy of the data is sent to the App servers, except information that could lead to personal identification or are not necessary for the informed purposes. So, it's not collected: names of registered girls, shares' names, passwords and girls' password tips. Examples of data collected include: number of girls, cycle length, number of days menstruating, information on each calendar day (mood state and which shortcuts are selected).

Telemetry data is also collected (which buttons were selected and screen times) and in this case is sent to Google Analytics / Firebase.

All of this information is collected through secure, encrypted communications and stored on servers that take security measures.

How to delete or export my data?

In the profile screen these two options are available at any time.
